finalizing arrangements for conference
- confirm again about accommodation details
-improving,finalizing,printing and circulating the program.
-confirming arrangements and last minute change with speaker
-Authorizing the accounts department
-Discussing and arranging publicity if required
-organizing secretarial if required
-arranging for translation of the main speeches if necessary
-arranging transport as necessary to convoy delegates and speaker to the center
-producing identification badges, notices, direction signs and a list of delegates
and finally submitting provisional cost to the accounts department
* Role during the conference
- must be able to involve receiving delegates, producing and distributing information about each days event, anticipating and solving problames and reminding course organizer
* After the conference
