Caller : Good morning. i'd like to make an appointment with chris Marks
Secretary : Would you mind telling me what it's about?
Caller : I'd like to discuss our account.
Secretary : i'll get the diary. may i have your name?

Secretary : Right. And when would be convenient?
Caller : What about Thursday morning?
Secretary : I'm afraid Chris is away that day. Woud monday suit you?
Caller : Yes. That's OK. But not too early.
